No account, no reason required, and no attempt to talk you out of it. It applies at ingestion, at unlock and at export, and it holds through every future run.
What we hold about a business. The domain, taken from the public certificate log. What the site says about the trade, the platform and where the business is. Any contact address printed on the site itself, usually a role address such as info@ or hello@. Nothing bought from a broker, and no personal profile.
What happens next
- 01You tell us the domain
Just the website address. We do not need a reason and we will not ask for one.
- 02You click a link we email you
That is the whole confirmation. Without it, anybody could remove any business they felt like removing, including a competitor.
- 03It goes on a suppression list
Not a delete that the next run undoes. A list checked on every ingestion, so it stays gone.
- 04We email you once to say it is done
One email, with a reference, and then nothing else ever.
One thing removal cannot undo. If somebody unlocked this business before you asked, they have their own copy of that contact. We cannot reach into their records. Everything on our side goes, and stays gone.
